: (1) According to section 144 of the Act, the Ministry may arrange in the annual program to honor or reward individuals, cooperative organizations or bodies in the form of certificates of appreciation, cash prizes or both.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), separate grounds shall be established and approved for individuals, cooperative organizations or bodies.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), there will be a committee in the Ministry to select the eligible person, cooperative organization or body.
(4) The committee as per sub-rule (3) may determine its own procedures.
